Hurrah Pass

Hurrah Pass rates fairly low on the technical end of things (for the Moab area that is!).    What's great about this ride though is that it is easy enough you can enjoy the dramatic scenery of the area. There's a pretty good climb out of the trial head, then a sharp drop down two switchbacks to the canyon floor.  The canyon opens up into a wide valley with a fairly level road.  After crossing Kane Springs Creek the climb to Hurrah Pass really begins!! The ride starts getting a little more technical from here to the top. To get back, just turn around and head back the way you came!!

How to get there: From Moab, go south on 100 West and turn right on Williams Way. Go four blocks and turn left onto 500 West then 1/2 mile to Kane Blvd. Turn right and go 4 miles to the trailhead.    Parking for the trailhead is right after you pass over a cattleguard and the road turns to dirt.
