Lost Prospector Loop

Lost Prospector Loop is another incredibly fun loop in the Park City area. Lost Prospector starts and ends in the City Park. After a short climb up a bike path and up Sunnyside Ave. the singletrack and fun begins! Lost Prospector is a great singletrack trail for intermediate riders. It has almost no technical sections, and very little elevation gain. For the most part, it is a fun, twisting and winding trail. There are a few switchbacks on the back side of the loop, but they are very well built and easy to navigate.....perfect for perfecting your switchback handling skills! Lost Prospector drops you out on the Rail Trail, so strong or advanced riders might wish to turn around here and make this an out-and-back.
How to get there: Take the Park City exit at Kimball Junction off of Interstate 80. Take State Highway 224 into Park City, approx.. 6 miles. Highway 224 turns into Park Avenue, keep straight on Park Avenue until you see the City Park on your left hand side.
Length: 8.60 mile loop
