Round Valley Loop

Round Valley Loop is a fun, quick, intermediate ride through Round Valley and around Quarry Mountain. The trail is composed of singletrack, doubletrack, and paved bike path, it begins at the Park City trailhead for the Rail Trail. This would be a good introductory ride into the Park City area and singletrack in general. The elevation gain on the ride is only 900' over 13.32 miles. This ride is out in the open and offers almost no shade.

How to get there: Take the Park City exit at Kimball Junction off of Interstate 80. Take State Highway 224 into Park City, approx.. 6 miles. Highway 224 turns into Park Avenue, take a left onto Kearns Blvd., then a right onto Bonanza Dr, then turn on Prospector Ave. parking is located behind the Park City Plaza

Mountain Trails Foundation has created an excellent map of the area. Get your copy at White Pine Touring, JANS, Cole Sport, the Visitor's Center, or the Museum on Main Street.
