Spin Cycle

Spin Cycle is a must do ride, IF you like switchbacks! If you do, Spin Cycle is for you, if you don't STAY AWAY! You've been warned!! With that said, Spin Cycle is not a ride by itself. It takes a little work getting out to, and a lot of work getting back from. But is more then worth any effort you will put into it! We combined Spin Cycle with Snow Top, Solamere, Hidden Hollow and The Gap for an incredible 8.5 mile loop!! Along the way out you are rewarded with incredible views of Jordanelle Reservoir, and some incredible, dare I say....Homes?? But that's all forgotten as soon as you spot the old washing machine on the right. From here to the bottom, hang on, hang your butt off the back and try to keep your smile in check!! ENJOY!!
How to get there: Take exit 145 from I-80, stay on Highway 224 for 5.76 miles until you hit Deer Valley Drive, stay right on Deer Valley and follow the signs for Snow Park Lodge.
Mountain Trails Foundation has created an excellent map of the area. Get your copy at White Pine Touring, JANS, Cole Sport, the Visitor's Center, or the Museum on Main Street.
Length: 8.25 mile loop
